Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not left the warehouse and are in transit. Contact us to cancel it through our contact form or by sending an email to hello@diamood.app .

If the order has already been shipped you can initiate a return.

Can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the information to track the shipment. If you register, you will also be able to see your orders in your profile.

How do I apply a discount code?

When you have products in the basket, click the "Pay order" button. On the right you will see a field to apply promotions and discounts.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

How long will my shipment take?

All shipments are delivered within 24-48 hours in Spain. This will depend on the time you place your order. The sooner it is, the more likely it will be to arrive the next day.

We ship orders on business days, so if you order on a weekend or holiday your order will be shipped the next business day.

Where does my order come from?

All orders leave from Valencia, Spain.

My order has an error, what do I do?

If your order has any poorly manufactured products, or if you are missing any products in your order, please contact us at hello@diamood.app
